Free books for students is the main benefit. The other benefit being the safety messages on the cartoons, classroom discussions, learning sessions etc may be held to discuss these.
The schools determine the quantity required. In most cases the school roll number is the same as the number of books sent.
These books are designed for primary school children years 1 – 8.
We usually organise the books once a year.
No. The advertising supports the funding of the books, therefore they are provided free on condition students or schools do not cover them. Clear cover seal is appropriate.
Generally the books are distributed straight away as soon as the school receives them, however it is up to the school to decide when the books are required. Most books organized in the later part of the year are held until the beginning of the following year.
Each student/school that submits artwork that is printed on the cover of the schoolbook receives a certificate and also a gift of a SAFEBOTTLE.
Every school is welcome to enter the competition. Some choose to supply generic artwork or use the standard academy schoolbook cover. This competition and the personalised cover artwork was launched in 2011 with more than 30% of schools participating in the first year. In the first quarter of 2012 78% of all the books required were involved in the cover artwork competition.
